Since almost one third of your life will be spent sleeping you need to make sure that the mattress you are looking for is the correct size, the correct stability, and comfort level.? Tip # 1-When you are looking for a mattress you want to keep in mind what size you actually need or prefer. If you are purchasing it for yourself evaluate the size you currently have. Decide whether you fit comfortably on the bed and if you share the bed does each of you have adequate room so you are not disturbing each other. If your current bed size works well for you then stick with the same size, if not try going one size bigger.
